Decent collar, long delivery
I picked up the Grey Gold Series Collar (5cm). The collar itself is pretty nice, feels well-made and looks good on my lab. The price was fair for the quality. My only real gripe was the shipping time; it took almost two weeks to get to me in California, which was longer than I expected. They could definitely improve their delivery speed. Everything else was fine, though. I'd consider buying from them again, but I'd factor in the longer shipping.
Great harness, slow support
I bought the Rose Pink Gold Series Deluxe Harness for my poodle. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no issues there. It took about 8 days for the harness to arrive in Georgia, which felt a bit long, but it did get here. The quality of the harness itself is really good; the stitching is solid, and the material feels durable but soft against her fur. She seems comfortable in it.
